Cancellation Policy

We may have more than one workshop running simultaneously. If you are uncomfortable with this arrangement, kindly state your concerns in the booking form or reach out to us with an email to admin@ferticlay.com. To cancel/reschedule bookings, please do so at least 72 hours before the workshop start time to avoid any penalties. Failure to cancel/reschedule on time will result in zero refunds.
